Lamborghini Diablo

The Lamborghini Diablo with its flowing lines and sculptured curves was certainly a proper evolution from the boxy looking Countach. The style, the grace, the power all made this car a pleasure to drive and very easy on the eye.

The Lamborghini Diablo was first introduced on January 21st 1990 to replace the aging Countach, even with a base price of $240,000 US it was somewhat spartan with only a basic radio, manual windows,no power operated seats,no anti-lock brakes, but it did have the legendary V12 which produced 492hp (367kw) which propelled the Lamborghini Diablo from 0 to 60mph in slightly over 4 seconds, with a top speed of 202mph (325kmh).
